TPI Movement Screen
In-depth golf-specific physical assessment. Evaluation of mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, and upper/lower body separation control - based on Titleist Performance Institute’s physical assessment developed in partnership with PGA and LPGA players.
Power testing for your ability to produce force and create functional ground up rotational power. Are you able to produce enough power for your desired distance? Assessment includes: (Grip testing, vertical jump, med ball pass, sit-up throw).
Swing Efficiency Analysis
What is your body doing during the swing? Are there any apparent swing flaws? (ex. early extending, over the top, sliding, loss of posture). With the use of the 4D motion sensors, we are able to see a real-time swing analysis and collect data over multiple swings.

With the use of the 4D sensors, we can automatically analyze your kinematic swing sequence (sequence of lower body, upper body, and club in downswing transition), swing timing, rotational velocities/speed, and X-Factor measurements (amount of separation between the lower body and upper body at top of backswing).

With the live visual avatar and on screen target ranges, you will be able to see and immediately feel the proper positions at: setup, halfway back, top of swing, halfway down, impact, halfway through and finish! This can be done in practice or be taken out on the course (for an additional appointment).
Custom program designed based off of initial assessment. Mobility, strength, and power exercises prescribed based on your physical screen and assessment. Can be designed to work in conjunction with an existing strength and conditioning program.
